TATTOO APPLICATION: Clean and dry face. Remove clear plastic from the top of the tattoo. Place the tattoo ink side down in desired location on your face. Wet paper towel or rag with water and press on the back of the tattoo for at least 30 seconds (don't rush) or until the paper is fully saturated. Remove paper peeling from corner to corner. For best results lightly tap the exposed eye black with your wet rag or paper towel.

REMOVAL: Open included tattoo removal wipe. Unfold the wipe compltely, then fold in half once. Hold wipe on tattoo for AT LEAST 30 seconds. Then gently wipe tattoo away. Repeat on the other side. You can also use baby oil or coconut oil to saturate the tattoo for removal. DO NOT ATTEMPT TO REMOVE WITH SOAP & WATER!

CAUTION: Do not apply to sensitive or irritated skin, directly to the eyes or lips or if allergic to adhesive. Dry the skin before applying and removing the tattoo.
